Learn how to make a Tiny Flower Bouquet for any occasion. Whether it’s Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, a Birthday, or a Wedding, these tiny bouquets are sure to brighten anyone’s day!
Hello! Today I’m sharing How To Make These Tiny Bouquets. You could use these tiny beauties for just about any occasion. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Graduations…the list goes on.
I seriously love tiny sized things. And these are no exception! They are just the sweetest, tiniest bouquets ever. I had such a good time making them and you will too!
You’ll need:
-Flowers
-Rubber bands
-Scissors
-Craft Paper (Newspaper or Wrapping paper would work too)
-Paper Towels (1/2 paper towel per bouquet)
-Plastic sandwich bag (one per bouquet)
-Jute or ribbon
-Small bowl of water
-Scotch tape (You may or may not need tape to hold it together)
Let’s get started!
- Put your tiny bouquet together and secure the stems with a rubber band.
- Cut a square(ish) piece of Craft paper. It doesn’t have to be perfect but mine were about 10″x10″. Adjust according to your bouquet size.
- Take your paper towel and dunk it in the water. Wrap it around the stem part of your bouquet.
- Place your paper towel wrapped stems into the plastic bag (so the water doesn’t get everywhere).
- Now place your bouquet in one corner of the craft paper and pull up bottom corner on top (see photo).
- Pull over left corner of paper making a point at the bottom, then pull over right corner.
- Tie your ribbon around the bouquet and you’re done!
You don’t have to do the paper towel and plastic bag if the bouquet is going directly into water, but it’s a good idea! The flowers will stay good for up to 24 hours with the “Moist Maker”. Sorry, I had to. Ha! All I could think about when I was making these was Ross’ moist maker sandwich. Hehehe!
The boys took the Tiny Bouquets to church and handed them out to all the ladies in the office for Valentine’s Day. It was so sweet! “Happy Polentine’s Day” Oliver said. Ha! Close enough. He’ll have it down by next year, hopefully.
