Anthropologie Inspired~Pom Pom Bouquet. This little pom pom bouquet is sure to brighten up any empty spot in your house.I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, Anthropologie is one of my all time favorite stores.  I want pretty much everything in their catalog.  Luckily, there isn’t a store close enough for me to go there often.  I’m also trying really hard to budget so, there’s that.  I was looking online and saw this sweet little glass milk jug with a “pomdelion bouguet”.  It was exactly what I needed to fill the void in the room when I didn’t have any fresh flowers.

anthro flowerI just finished an Athropologie Inspried Pom Pom Wreath, and I had some lovely Ivory wool yarn left over.  I didn’t want to waste it so I used it instead of buying yellow.

You’ll need:

-Yarn (I think wool makes better pom poms but you can use whatever)

-Sharp scissors

-A fork (I used a “big fork” that my husband calls BBQ tines)

-Skewers or sticks

-Green scrap booking paper

-Hot glue gun

  1.  Make your pom poms.  I suggest an odd number.  I did 5.
  2.  Cut out the leaf shape on the green paper.  I used a hexagon-ish shape.
  3.  Now stick the skewer through the hole of the leaf paper and glue to the pom pom.
  4. Find a cute vessel, arrange, and you’re done!
