In this episode we are looking for the perfect plant for a beautiful @pottingpink pot. It has an attached saucer with a gorgeous dripping pink, purple, and brown glaze.

Welcome to the first episode of Cute Pot Without A Plant, where the top of my head is cut off. That’s right! This is not high production (hopefully some day), just my cell phone, me, and a cute pot without a plant. *Spoiler alert* we find the perfect plant for our cute pot!

Pot – @pottingpink Etsy Shop. Morgan is known for this connected saucer/belly shaped planter, it’s sort of her signature. They are my favorite! Insider tip: Morgan’s shop updates sell out in around 5 minutes of her adding to her Etsy shop (it’s wild, but not surprising), so sign up to be on her email list. You will be notified when updates are LIVE!
Plant – @kokoranchhoya. The Hoya erythrostemma arrived in a 2″ pot, in very good condition. Free of pests, and no issues! I’ve ordered from the multiple times and have always had good service.
Potting mix – I used a combination of perlite, orchid bark, organic potting mix.
hoya care
- Coarse potting mix
- Lots of light (west or south facing window)
- Water when completely dry
- Give it love but don’t suffocate it
