Hey Nicholas! I have 2 different Haws watering cans, that I love! I personally don’t own the mister BUT my local nursery uses it in their shop and I’ve asked the manager quite a few times about it. She told me it’s the only one they use. That she loves it! She didn’t mention the ring at all. They don’t even sell them so she had no reason to try and “sell it” to me. I’m bummed to hear that because their watering cans have been great for me, so far!

If you look online you’ll find a lot of negative reviews. Mine broke after two uses. The ring you put your finger through seems to be a weak spot, and it simple broke off for me and other people. It’s amazing to see that Haws is so popular and praised but they can’t seem to fix this little problem. And without the ring the mister is almost impossible to use. Very disappointed! 🙁
