{"id":666,"date":"2015-12-22T17:36:39","date_gmt":"2015-12-23T01:36:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cleverbloom.com\/staging\/4549\/?p=666"},"modified":"2017-04-19T16:35:15","modified_gmt":"2017-04-19T23:35:15","slug":"easy-pinecone-wreath","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cleverbloom.com\/staging\/4549\/easy-pinecone-wreath\/","title":{"rendered":"Easy Pinecone Wreath"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello!\u00a0 I&#8217;m so excited that Christmas is just a few days away.\u00a0 I have so much to do, I don&#8217;t even know where to start!\u00a0 I&#8217;m completely scatter-brained and I need a giant cup of coffee.\u00a0 Ahhhh!\u00a0 One thing I&#8217;m totally bummed about is that the wreath that was hanging on my front door is all dried up.\u00a0 I guess it was wishful thinking that it would last until Christmas when I got it the day after Thanksgiving.\u00a0 But, we are having people over on Christmas and we have to have a wreath on the door!\u00a0 There&#8217;s no way I could convince Tim to spend another dime on Christmas d\u00e9cor (especially 3 days before Christmas) so I had to make one with what I had on hand.\u00a0 Here is my super Easy Pinecone Wreath.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-670 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/cleverbloom.com\/staging\/4549\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/pinewreathtitle-443x700.jpg\" alt=\"This Easy Pinecone Wreath is beautiful. 713w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 443px) 100vw, 443px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You need:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Tree clippings (any greenery will work)<\/li>\n<li>Wire coat hanger (Or wreath form)<\/li>\n<li>Hot glue gun and glue sticks<\/li>\n<li>Pinecones<\/li>\n<li>floral wire<\/li>\n<li>Scissors\/ wire cutters<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 276px) 100vw, 276px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Bend your coat hanger into a circle keeping the hook part as is.\u00a0 You will use that to hang your wreath.<\/li>\n<li>Take your clippings and start attaching them to the coat hanger with floral wire.\u00a0 I start at the bottom and go clockwise.<\/li>\n<li>Keep going until you complete the circle.<\/li>\n<li>Figure out where you want your pinecones to go first.\u00a0 Then use hot glue to glue them to the greenery.\u00a0 You may need to use some wire with the pinecones depending on\u00a0how heavy they are.<\/li>\n<li>Now you&#8217;re done!\u00a0 You can tie a bow on it if you want or just leave it plain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-669 aligncenter\" didn&#8217;t have any of the supplies on hand, you could do this Easy Pinecone Wreath for under $5 and under 30 minutes!\u00a0 How wonderful is that?!\u00a0 If you&#8217;re looking for more wreath
