Need to wrap a gift for a special young boy?\u00a0 Here are some great ideas!<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Visit<\/p>\n

In our church group we have\u00a0 six families.\u00a0 We all have 1-3 children, 11 in all and one on the way!\u00a0 That means there are 23 of us total.\u00a0 We just get together once a week and hang out.\u00a0 Anyway, One of the little ones picked up HFM disease from daycare and now it’s spreading like WILDFIRE!\u00a0 Yuck!\u00a0 I feel so bad for everyone who has it.\u00a0 Thankfully my family seems to be in the clear (so far)!\u00a0 Today was supposed to be Oliver’s BFF’s birthday party but due to a high fever he won’t be able to celebrate.\u00a0 Boo!\u00a0 Since he had been counting down the days and is super sad, I thought we would cheer him up by dropping off his gifts.\u00a0 And, I had to make them super special because he was totally missing out today.<\/p>\n

I took to Pintrest for some inspiration.\u00a0 I saw a link from Parents Magazine that had a cool race car wrap job.\u00a0 It was super cute!\u00a0 I did something similar but I added a special touch by hot gluing some tiny branches from our evergreen tree.\u00a0 Now I’ve created a little scenery for the car.\u00a0 Haha!\u00a0 This is a great way to use up all those matchbox cars you’re always stepping on!\u00a0 Am I right?!\u00a0 Come on, moms of boys…You know what I mean!<\/p>\n

\"GiftI also saw a cute wrap job where they used washi tape to stick crayons to a white wrapped gift.\u00a0 So, I searched my house for crayons that didn’t have bites taken out of them…no luck!\u00a0 But, I did find some left over candles from Oliver’s birthday, so I used some washi tape to hold 3 candles on the gift.\u00a0 Then I added some stickers to spell his name.\u00a0 Cute!<\/p>\n

Since I’m obsessed with bunting (heart bunting<\/a>, tiny bunting<\/a>, tree bunting<\/a>), I just did a simple washi tape bunting with a sharpie for the string.\u00a0 So easy!\u00a0 Draw your string first the add the washi flags.\u00a0 There are so many different shapes you can do!<\/p>\n
