Hey!\u00a0 Thanks for being here today.\u00a0 This Tiny Pom Pom Party Bunting is so simple, so cute, and well…it’s just awesome.\u00a0 If you know me at all, you know I love pom poms.\u00a0 I’ve shared quite a few of my pom pom projects with you and I just never get sick of making them.\u00a0 The story behind this one is kind of funny.\u00a0 My friend “Cool Jamie” that’s what we call her, moved to L.A. last year.\u00a0 She makes fun of me for making pom poms all the time.\u00a0 Which she totally should because we used to “Get Crunk” (I think that’s what you call it these days) all the time and then I quit drinking, got married, had kids, and now I make pom poms.\u00a0 Every time I talk to her she’s like “Hello?!\u00a0 What are you doing?\u00a0 Making Pom Poms?”\u00a0 Very funny Cool Jamie, very funny!\u00a0 But the truth is, I think Cool Jamie needs pom poms in HER life!\u00a0 So I decided to make this Tiny Pom Pom Party Bunting for Cool Jamie.<\/p>\n

\"Tiny<\/p>\n

They’re perfect for any occasion and you should make one too!<\/p>\n

You’ll need:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Yarn (I used sock weight yarn because it’s much thinner than regular yarn)<\/p>\n

-Sharp scissors<\/p>\n

Let’s get started!<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \u00a0Cut a 5″ piece of yarn and set aside.<\/li>\n
  2. Wrap another piece of yarn around one finger.\u00a0 I did my fore finger 35 times.<\/li>\n
  3. Cut string from spool.<\/li>\n
  4. Carefully pull wrapped yarn from your finger.\u00a0 Holding it together place in the middle of your 5″ piece of yarn and secure by double knotting.<\/li>\n
  5. Cut the loops and trim your pom pom.\u00a0 Keeping the long tails.<\/li>\n
  6. Use the long tails to tie your pom poms to another piece of yarn.\u00a0 Once you have them all in place you can cut the tails.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I have a confession to make.\u00a0 I normally don’t do any Photoshopping of my pictures besides some brightening and cropping but this time I had to.\u00a0 My baby is obsessed with those Halo Oranges and we go through about two 5 lb bags per week!\u00a0 I’m not kidding, that’s 10 lbs!\u00a0 Anyway, after taking these pictures I realized that my thumbs are basically dyed orange.\u00a0 How embarrassing!\u00a0 So I had to use the teeth whitening tool on my thumb nails.\u00a0 Haha!!!\u00a0 If you look really closely, you can still tell in a few of the pictures.<\/p>\n
